With uprights installed, the trailer secures loose cargo such as steel pipes, timber logs, and coils from rolling off the deck. With uprights removed, it converts into a standard flatbed for oversized loads like heavy machinery, concrete beams, and large steel plates. You get two trailers in one.

2. Tool-free operation – quick-release pin system

Each upright is secured by a spring-loaded quick-release pin. No wrenches, no special tools – just pull the pin and remove the upright in seconds. This means faster loading, faster unloading, and less downtime between jobs.

3. Anti-slip deck – stability in all weather conditions

The 3-axle heavy-duty suspension and reliable braking system ensure stable driving and lower rollover risks under heavy loads.
Even weight distribution reduces parts wear, and anti-corrosion treatment extends service life with low maintenance costs.

4. Heavy-duty steel frame – built to last

The main frame is constructed from high-strength Q345B steel, known for its excellent resistance to bending, twisting, and metal fatigue. Cross beams are spaced every 500mm for even load distribution. This trailer is designed for years of heavy use on rough roads.

Upright height can be customized from 300mm to 800mm. Deck length available in standard 40FT, 45FT, 48FT, or custom sizes. Paint color, company logo, and additional features like toolboxes or spare tire holders can be added upon request. OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
