Chassis

Beam (pre-engineered) build up structural steel conforming with DIN ST52-3. All structure, chassis and suspension shall be guaranteed for five (5) years against crack.

Cable harness shall be properly laid out and held with appropriate sizes of insulated metallic clamps

The instrument protective devices shall be appropriately coordinated for proper protection of the electrical system

The instrument panel shall be easily accessible, it should be secured and placed in a safe area in front of the trailer chassis

Trailer Front Wall

The front wall shall be 2 meters high and shall be provided with appropriate carrier for trailer accessories

The carrier shall be infront of the trailer wall . The carrier shall be equipped with step ladders on both sides

Side Pillars Carrier

Suitable carrier or tray with lockable door cover for keeping the removable side pillars shall be provided on the side of the trailer to storing the removable side pillars.

Cargo Restraint

Twenty (20) pieces removable side pillars and Two (2) pieces ratchet type cargo belts (2,000 kg x 10,000 mm). Two (2) pices cargo chain which come along with type 3 tons.

Paints and Anti-corrosion

All beams,plates and structural frames shall be cleaned by sand blasting then treated with anti-rust primer before anti-corrosion paint or body coat will be applied.The trailer shall be guaranteed for five (5) years against corrosion.

Warranty Provisions

The warranty from any manufacturing defect shall be applied to the trailer as a whole for a period of two years except for cracks which is five years.

Warranty Procedure Guidelines must be presented to SAPTCO by the vendor of the chosen entry.

The vendor shall handle the processing of the warranty repairs and shall be fully responsible in case of technical failures found during the operation of the trailer while the warranty is still in effect.

Suspensions and chassis structures must be free from fissure and deformity for five (5) years beginning from the receiving date of the trailer.
