Liangnyu Eight Axles four lines low-bed semi-trailer is a conventional semi-trailer designed specifically for transporting heavy and large-volume cargo. 1. Structural design
- Low cargo platform:
The height of the cargo platform from the ground is usually between 0.8-1.2 meters, which reduces the center of gravity of the cargo, improves stability, and facilitates loading of tall equipment (such as excavators, transformers, etc.).
- Multi-axle layout:
Four rows of axles (two axles in each row), a total of eight axles, with evenly distributed wheelbases, which meet the axle load limits of road regulations (such as domestic single-axle load limit of 10 tons and double-axle load limit of 18 tons).
- High-strength frame:
welded with high-quality steel (such as Q345B or high-strength steel), it has strong bending and torsion resistance and adapts to heavy load requirements.
2. Carrying capacity
- Total load: The eight-axle design can carry 80-120 tons (depending on the wheelbase distribution and tire configuration).
- Cargo platform size: The length is usually 12-16 meters, the width is 3-3.5 meters, and some can be expanded to 4 meters (extra-wide permit is required).
3. Supporting equipment
- Gooseneck structure: The gooseneck part connecting the tractor adopts a sinking design to further reduce the height of the cargo platform.
- Auxiliary devices: Optional hydraulic ladders, outriggers, rope tighteners, etc. are available to facilitate loading, unloading and securing of goods.
