Compared to ordinary semi trailers, self dumping semi trailers have obvious convenience in loading and unloading goods. The operation process is relatively simple and easy to learn, however, to ensure vehicle safety and performance, it is necessary to follow the correct operating steps. Otherwise, it may cause unnecessary damage to the vehicle.

Pre operation inspection
Firstly, it is essential to confirm that the engine is in normal working condition and ensure that the system air pressure is maintained within the range of 700 to 800 KPa. 2, Next, place the transmission control lever in the neutral position of the low gear range to ensure smooth shifting.

Power take-off operation steps
Before shifting gears, it is necessary to disengage the clutch and turn on the power take-off switch and parking power take-off switch in sequence. Please note that during this step, the multifunctional buzzer will emit a beep sound as an alarm prompt. According to actual needs, place the transmission control lever in the low gear range to the appropriate gear (i.e. below 3rd gear), and then slowly release the clutch pedal. This will activate the power take-off, and at the same time, the power take-off indicator light will light up, and the oil pump in the hydraulic system will also start. During this process, it is important to avoid suddenly increasing the throttle to ensure that the engine speed remains within the range of 1000 to 1600 revolutions per minute.

When the power take-off needs to stop working, the clutch pedal should be stepped on first and the transmission control lever should be placed in neutral. Next, press the power take-off switch and parking power take-off switch to the off position. At this point, the power take-off indicator light will turn off and the multifunctional buzzer will stop sounding the alarm. Finally, release the clutch pedal to complete the stop operation of the power take-off.
