2. Before starting a new engine, it is necessary to fill the turbocharger and turbocharger oil filter with clean engine oil to ensure that the turbocharger bearings can be lubricated as soon as the diesel engine is started. After driving for 8000-10000km, the turbocharger oil filter element needs to be replaced.
3. Before the diesel engine stops, the flatbed transport vehicle should run at idle for 3-5 minutes to reduce the speed and temperature of the turbocharger, and monitor the sound of the turbocharger operation. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped for inspection. If the turbocharger rotor does not rotate flexibly and makes jamming or wear sounds, it must be sent to a qualified repair station for repair.
4. After every 500h or 30000km of operation, the clearance on the turbocharger rotor shaft of the flatbed transport vehicle should be checked, and the dust and carbon deposits on the compressor turbine housing and rotor blades should be removed. At this point, the turbocharger needs to be removed from the diesel engine and the metal gasket between the turbocharger exhaust pipes needs to be replaced. Mechanical methods are not allowed to remove scale on rotor components, and gasoline or other cleaning solutions for aluminum parts should be used instead
5. The locking nut of the turbocharger compressor on the flatbed transport vehicle cannot be disassembled, otherwise it will damage the dynamic balance of the turbocharger rotor and cause damage to the turbocharger.
